1. Contingency Recruitment (Traditional Model)
Contingency is the familiar industry model: you pay a percentage of the starting salary only when a candidate joins.
Fee: 20% of starting salary
Rebate:
•             100% if the candidate leaves in Month 1
•             75% in Month 2
•             50% in Month 3
When to use it:
Only when there is a genuine extreme skills shortage and you need multiple agencies searching simultaneously.
What most companies don’t realise:
•             When you brief five agencies, each has only a one‑in‑five chance of being paid.

2. GRIP – Guaranteed Replacement Interview Programme
Our most popular model. GRIP gives you certainty, continuity, and controlled cash flow.
You choose the guarantee period: 6, 9, 12, or 24 months.
Your fee is spread evenly across the chosen term, starting with one month in advance. This makes it a retained contract with built‑in insurance.
What GRIP Guarantees
If your hire leaves or is terminated during the guarantee period, we replace them, at no additional cost.
You receive a minimum service period equal to the GRIP term you select.
